when is likely date of completion for entire SBC CSTM section (except for MKL ghats) to be doubled?

It will take time, DMM-ATP-KLU-GY needs to be doubled, only ground levelling works competed, no news of tracks laid, coming to SWR ground levelling works competed till Gauribidanur, additional pf being built at stations especially Makali Durga, Some stretch had tracks n sleepers laid , don't remember exactly where it was, this is as per my observations during my journey in 12736 YPR SC Garibrath in August/September
