When I saw in Railnews , the press release of inaugrating this special was made from Hubballi , and not Bhopal. So I thought that this train is of SWR Zone sir.
Its not necessary that the zone which runs a train must give PR. A zone may give PRs for trains for other zones also. SCR does this many times for SR/SWR. The zone can be identified from train number itself. 016XX series belongs to WCR.
