That's what the same idea here. VSKP WDM-3A given in VSKP itself.
Speed up more? I thought your current speed was more than others, therefore needs to be reduced. Any which way, it is an imaginary train and may be futuristic in a new era of new technology
My before speed was 56. I noticed most of the trains in VSKP-TIG had speeds upto 60kmph , so I speeded up to 60kmph.
Regarding TVC Rajdhani: I am not sure but it maybe because of the time taken for the loco change. They may want to have it in a large station like BRC which deserves a longer halt than Panvel. Your observation is true for the return jouney too. I wonder what the real reason is? It could possibily because of change of staff happenning at BRC. Maybe some other member has the answer :)
