This is how the Bangalore Rajdhani looked on its first day - November 1, 1992. Shimmering red-cream ICF rake with uniform livery and matched WDM2. Such a royal look! And when I took the train this past July, it had a dirty rake with a Duronto coach and a Humsafar EOG. Should I feel excited that it is LHB and is hauled by WAP7? Or should I feel sad that it looks positively ugly compared to this picture?
