SRINAGAR/BHUBANESWAR: The lamentable safety record of trains in India took a further beating on Wednesday when two more mishaps occurred: one in Pulwama in Jammu & Kashmir in which more than 25 people were injured, and the other in Rayagada in Orissa where eight people were wounded.
