Slack between Londa and UBL can be easily reduced as it is currently taking 2 hrs and 40 min to cover this section.
Can depart LD at its current time and can reach UBL at 21:35. Also this has no crossings between LD and DWR at this time.

Yes, AC Coaches are present after the first set of UR coaches. But for 16590, Goa Link coaches come opposite to the Exit/Entrance as those coaches are attached at the back while returning.
This is the only train I have seen that Towels are present in the bed roll cover in all AC coaches, which is not the case for many trains where unless one demands from AC coach attendent one doesn't get it.
