I completely agree with you sir, very few loco changes happen in Gnt jurisdiction for passenger trains but most of goods get changed at Nallapadu (nlpd). Gtl shed will eliminate the need in this section in this direction, and trains from bza/tel anyway arrive with elocos so there is no need at all. Also bza shed can easily cater if it has to, with both gnt-gtl n Guntur-nadikudi- Secunderabad sections getting electrified virtually eliminates loco change. But new sections that are in construction namely ndkd-srikalahasti and new Amaravati lines. If as per RM they were to get electrified by the time they are opened there's no need too which is highly likely for Amaravati line but I doubt trains on ndkd -kht line
