i had booked a ticket for my father who is a senior citizen from ypr to dadar by online, it got booked under UB,, obviously he cant climb up so how do i get it to LB

You have 2 options. Either exchange the berth during the journey or if berths are available go with fresh booking by giving the option, book only if lower berth is allotted.
