Because after SCR Creation entire look went to Bigger and long route cities. As in HYD 3 stations developed they didn't care KRNT much. Just gave stoppage and poltitions felt happy. This is 100% failure of polititions. This is biggest city of entire Rayalaseema. Its fault is it is near to KCG.
I agree with you that Kurnool town is the biggest city of Rayalseema. But it is also true that the entire Rayalseema area of AP has only 4 districts: Kurnool, Kadapa, Chitoor and Anantapur. This is fine, but I dont think an overnight train from Bijapur is justified. Do you have a reason for traffic for an overnight train from Bijapur to Kurnool. I cant think of any. Kurnool has 60 odd passing trains, is that not enough? A day train is understandable as it would be used by intermediate stations. Anyway, it is an imaginary train and it is your choice and you already have seven green flags. So I can understand it would be difficult to make any changes based on feedback.
I think it is a good idea. There is no link either between Bijapur and Vijaywada OR between Kurnool and Vijaywada. Regarding Demand it is a matter of opinion and to be frank I cannot estimate it. So green flag from me
