Please check Moradabad to NDLS slot. There is another train departing MB at 508am, so you may not get a 510 slot
Even if it is an imaginary train it should, in my opinion, fit into the existing time table. Otherwise it is not practical and IR may not start it
make it via delhi sarai rohilla and decongest new delhi ... already too much handle for ndls
