IF ticket is in Waiting LIst, if i canceled howmuch amount will be deducted.

If tickte is in waitlist, if cancelled any time before confirmation only the reservation charges will be deducted and balance refunded.
If confirmed ticket is cancelled then depending on the time of cancellation before/after departure of train, cancellation charges rane from basic charges to 50% of fare depending on the time of cancellation
RAC falls under same cateogory of waitlist with regard cancellation
