12313 Sealdah Rajdhani too got delayed between Dhanbad and Gaya taking 4 hrs 11 mns as against an allotted journey time of 2 hrs 26 mns. Apparently there was some problem as yet unknown.

no fog, i think something to do with naxal bandh, as 2313 was running with a speed of 50-60 between DHN to MGS, yesterday i followed 2313 progress on Simran.in, whereas today they are running at MPS
