07149 Secunderabad - Guwahati Special Train is cancelled on 17/11/2017.
Due to /timeline/entry/1723752 , only 'cancelled' was displayed in latest news section, hence it was misleading info........that's why removed

Whenever any train is cancelled, the reason entered for cancellation gets updated by default under 'latest news' tab.
So, when train gets restart, we need to erase the news (i.e. reason updated for cancellation)..... resulting into such phenomenon.
