PMO letter could only instruct them to prepare and finalize a TT and run it.
Yesterday there was a meeting at UBL after receiving the order from PMO to finalize the TT. SWR has not yet agreed to the timings. SR had given 5 substitute timings. SWR hasn't agreed to any of them. At last SWR CPTM came with arr. time at SBC as 01:30 am,which , later,he said, they are not ready for that too.
