our Twin Bondamunda WDM 3A powered 18005 Howrah-Jagdalpur Koraput(Samaleshwari) Exp cruises through the forests and hills of Eastern Ghats , we encountered one of the most scenic journey routes in Indian Railways , from Sambalpur Jn - Raygada .
Our train was in charge of offlink Itrasi WAP 4 #25046 from Howrah , and inderwent loco change from electric to diesel at Rorkila Jn .
Our entire route from Sambalpur was accompanied by hardcore twin ALCo chugging , smoking filled with enormous curves and gradients , not to mention all the numerous twin Diesel locos we spotted now & then .
RF Debayan Gupta , Anirban Rakshit , Dipayan Dutta , Biplab Debnath & Sourojot Banerjee accompanied me in this tour .
