Winter is here and the punctuality is set to go for a toss. Why aren't they providing RSA with 12412!

RSA with Chandigarh ICE is not feasible as SEP has 6 extra 2S and 1 extra CC
i trusted up on it on this sunday and it made me miss wagha border visit ...got delayed by 1.5 hrs.
And do you think arranging seven more coaches is a big deal for a division like Delhi and a zone like NR?
Problem is it has LHB rakes. I don't think NR has extra LHB 2S coaches
That's hardly an excuse. It has been six months since it was LHBified.
