Yes two months back in October I saw Electric double line from Jeddah International Airport towards Makkah it was mostly Elevated at more places..It's High Speed Rail Connecting to Jeddah Airport also I heard..
Karenge toh kya hoga bhai aap rail fan hote toh is post k baareme kuch nahi bolte.. Soch badlo mere bhai dushmani achhi nahi hoti kisi se bhi khaskar humare side se dushmani nahi rakna chahiye..
