Yes. But as per IRI, inaugural is in 1998, when KR started. Inaugural date should be uniform. I would say, actual inaugural should be considered rather than via KR.
It was started as 2613/14 TVC-Gandhidham express and used to take the CBE-KJM-DMM-GTL route. In 1997, it was extended to Nagercoil and later, rerouted via the Konkan railway.
