Is it confirm that Surat is technical stop for this train ? i have never heard that this train stop at surat and once i heard this it skipped panvel also.
ST cant be Technical stop, by any mean!!
PNVL may have been skipped, if staff change would have happened @ BSR!!
But i dont think BSR too can be a technical stoppage, as many train skip it & take PNVL as Technical/Commercial stop!!
