HINT: The unusual thing can be observed in both the images.
EDIT: After going through the comments, I understood the fact that 6 digit numbering for coaches is not very rare. Also my misconception about all coaches being numbered using 5 digits stands corrected.

not rare.
Some zones whose parent zone is SER uses 3rd digit as 8 (parent zone no.) , that gives 6 digit numbers.
all coaches of SER, SECR , ECoR (SER parent zones) uses 6 digit numbering.
