IR has fund to paint the stations but dont have fund to install roof for platform the basic need for a passenger.

Also lot of trains are being received in platform 1 these days (trains going to SRR). While it is good for passengers boarding and alighting, the biggest losers are the passengers onboard the trains as there is not a single vendor stalls. Also in the process, the stalls running in platform 2-3 are seeing reduced business as lesser number of passengers seem to be going there.
Hope railways adds stalls etc in pf 1 also.
