Once the train halts at KJM then ideally , passengers can take other trains following this to cant & SBC. This train had an arrival at 4:20am in SBC and was usually the first train to arrive coming from kjm side. It never used to be halted anywhere as there was no traffic and path was clear. Even when arriving at pf 1, the other pf were usually empty.So bit difficult in understanding that congestion was there.
Anywys now that nothing much can be done, they should try and increase facilities at banaswadi. It is difficult for bmct to reach band station as roads are quite narrow. I did see some news regarding this being escalated to few minister in karnataka...
