As you all are aware that old age people how face problems in train to climb Upper berths. so this is my suggestion which needed your help by voting. Kindly poll.

TTE has to give authority to change berth for SR.Citizens and Ph.Hanicapped to Lower and it must obeyed by passengers.(TTE to try in same coach)

At time of booking automatically all Lowers blocked for Sr.Cititzes until chat preparation. after that berth numbers should be alloted to others.

I suggest ki Lower birth ko 100% reserve kar dena dena old ke liye but window seats ko lower birth se hata dena chahiye.
Kyo ki hum jaise rail fan window seat chahte h chahe hume lower birth mile ya na mile .
