with TFP dummy plug and all oil splashed causing VCB Tripped with QLM & QOA dropped and caught fire. Same extinguished by fire brigade. R/Given.AOH-25.12.16, IA-14.12.17, Major/Sec-Mughalsarai-Patna (MGS-PNBE), Minor/Sec-Twining Ganj-Raghunathpur(TWG-RPR), Time- 15.15-19.17 hrs. Loco at RPR. Loco checked and found one hole became inside TFP in bottom area & SL-1 burnt, Power & Control cable near MVSL area burnt, J-2, CTF-2 & 3 , L-4, 5 & 6 Damaged. Loco arrived at DNR/TS at 01.30 hrs.
