Never reaches Goa on time always getting delayed in SWR even if 18047 reaches GTL on time.

If I want to go Calangute , then where should I get down Madgaon or Vasco, for reaching early. Please advise
Kilometre wise Vasco is near but since this train always runs late better to get down at Madgaon.
