Overall ER is running on loss as ER do not enough freight movement and these routes along with HWH- BElurmath route is occouring huge loss to EASTERN RAILWAY. Also crawling trains like SDAH- DLI UPPER INDIA EXP, SDAH - BARANAS UPPER EXP, HWH -ASR EXP, KOAA- PNBE EXP, HWH-NJP AC Exp etc etc are also causing huge loss to ER. This is as per my uncle working in ER.

As i heard that this is not the end 2 routes of SER and 3 to 4 routes of NFR in bengal is also there. So it may be around 15 routes in west bengal. But i think these routes will not be totally closed.
