Badly rusted 1996 built ICF coaches of 12601, same rake shared with west coast and malabar express, other rakes used by 12601/12602 and yes maveli express (4th train in this tango) are also in similar condition. Inside you have sheet metal protruding out to tear your skin. Not sure what palakkad division is thinking probably waiting for a disaster to happen.

current condition is such that its rusting away and inside sheet metals are all protruding to tear ur skin. yes i think i have seen 93/95 built coaches also in this rake sharing tango. And worst part is rakes of LHB converted trains in SR disappear.
Not sure how many new coaches PGT division has been allocated in last decade, probably answer would be none
