new tatkal rule saying that passenger will not get any refund if he/she cancel confirmed ticket.my question is that what will happen if my ticket stays waitlisted till chart prepration..will i get full refund or refund deducting tatkal & clerical charges???
and lastly if a confirmed tatkal ticket holder know that if he cancel his/her ticket he/she will not get any refund..then he/she will not cancel either.because it will b of no use(many people may think that way),as no refund...and ck wl2..3 ..4 waitlisted people not able to travel..dont you think that railway min should think about this???

hello all, indian railway is not even forcing people to travel in the train with pathetic condition and no security but people have to travel because of no other ways of transport. if they reduced the tatkal timing to 1 day then its good. question is why tatkal ticket?? beacuse they easily put 10% of seats in this quota saying its urgency ticket and charge some amount extra on fare. this is money making for indian railways. if u give people option to eat they will eat definately sum will eat more some will less this is case with waiting people. u r giving them tatkal waiting and saying we are not forcing them to buy is this correct????? uwant them to buy waiting so that when they cancel 20rs gets deducted. so in this whole process the flwas of system comes. and do you feel if a passenger does...
