To get better chances of confirmation book in GNWL. If WL 89/69 is GNWL, book it. PQWL is quite unpredictable, sometimes even PQWL 100 confirms whereas sometimes PQWL 1 remains WL. GNWL has better chances
If you want from Secundrabad -Nagarsol, it will be in GNWL, simply book it. But if you want to book from a station after Nizamabad, say Basar, then book from Nizamabad to Nagarsol with Boarding point as Basar ( or whichever station you want).
