Can somebody please update on why the 12346 Down saraighat express is running so late for last few weeks and I can see its getting diverted between NCB & NJP for past few days adding some more delay. As far as I know the Saraighat bridge bearing were under repair work and traffic block was imposed. But as per news it's completed. Then what could be the reason for this delay now - fog/track issue?
