but is there any hard and fast rule in IR that you have specified or you have any internal news of the SRC loco yard.
I have a known person in SRC loco Yard.I feel its now time that i ask him these questions about WAP 5/7 and when do SRC get it if at all any.

doesn't need any WAP 5/7 at present bcoz the great work done by WAP-4 of SRC/HWH in CSTM/PUNE/YPR/2841/2860 are too good.but that doesn't mean WAP 5/7 will not be more helpfull. but i think SRC yard is in no hurry.
