If you ask me, I would have a suggestion......
SR now have 3 antyodayas.
Out of this, tbm-ten antyodaya can be rerouted in way to benefit more people by rerouting it through SA, Ed, Cbe, Poy, plni, mdu....... It will provide a new ten connection for Poy, plni. Even a better connectivity for cbe people to reach ten, mdu... It will be a successful one.....

Frankly Speaking Bilaspur - Tirunelveli was initially Started From Trivandrum later they extended to Tirunelveli, Even the TEN Antyodaya route is good but the main problem is timings, if it is changed it would be successful. Better a train connectivity to TEN from SBC via KPD, SA, KRR, DG MDU or SA, ED, CBE, PGT , DG, MDU and a Daily connection from CBE would be good.
instead of TBM TEN ANT via CBE, it is better to demand POY TBM via CBE TUP ED KPD AJJ MS as new ANT. it can start late night from TBM around 23:00 trail rapti sagar and reach POY and it can be ahead of Blue mountain and PLNI reach MS by 4:00 and TBM by 4:30. it can be RSA with any other ANT to BZA side too
