If so why only Circar getting clearance first to SLO all the times even when both Ratnachal and Circar hitting the outer same times..? Where is working TT..? Ratnachal should get clearance first na as per TT.?
there is super fast and express category controlling exists. Its only from recent 2-3 years things in this part of country also getting changed. If express over taking super fast what the use of that TAG.
Bro mainly BZA division habituated to this type of controlling they have their own agendas and they will work as per whim's and fancies..
the point is, who is coming late and last to the designated signal to allow which one to go first ...as far as i know Circar is getting clearence because it will be very minimal delay at SLO outer where as Ratnachala hitting 40-50min delay mark and sometimes even more than 1 hour late mark at SLO outer and obviously Circar gets the clearence...
and being the train which gets diverted to another route in the half way down the line will easily have a chance to go ahead rather than wait for ratnachal to go first and then depart right behind it...
