the point is, who is coming late and last to the designated signal to allow which one to go first ...as far as i know Circar is getting clearence because it will be very minimal delay at SLO outer where as Ratnachala hitting 40-50min delay mark and sometimes even more than 1 hour late mark at SLO outer and obviously Circar gets the clearence...
and being the train which gets diverted to another route in the half way down the line will easily have a chance to go ahead rather than wait for ratnachal to go first and then depart right behind it...

of all, no one know why Circar got preponed departure at Kakinada as opposed to earlier departure which used to join SLO after the ratnachal gang ...obviously now ratnachal is arriving at a time when Circar is about to enter SLO, it gets preference even though it has those many halts compared to ratnachal..
anyhow its BZA division bro..you know the way it trolls its own zone trains for any other train...so chill and relax...other than arguing here making out points on what is good and bad, we can't do much.there are mnay tweets which we did multiple times and but nothing changed except the further slowdown of Ratnachal at BZA which show the preference it gives to its own train from BZa division :)
