Didn't vote for SBC and UBL for following reasons:
SBC:
1. Criminal delay in implementing automatic block signalling between SBC and WFD, due to which many trains in SBC-MYS, SBC-WFD stretch get delayed. For same reason, additional MEMUs cannot be run and existing ones are also getting delayed.

UBL:
1. Highest priority for freight operations, passenger services are more like extra for them. More trains to Goa via UBL are not introduced probably for same reason.
2. SWR is meant to serve K'taka, but Goa also falls under SWR territory. I feel that Goa is getting sidelined, correct me if I'm not wrong.
3. HRR-HPT line was completed ages ago, but no passenger trains are run till date. Speaks volumes about their priorities.
4. CRS clearance for Bagalkot-Khajdoni NL granted nearly 5-6 months ago, it's gathering dust.. no services on this section.
All 3 divisions seem to be equally good when it comes to construction, cleanliness of trains and stations and providing amenities. SBC is worse with regards to punctuality, UBL is worse with regards to running passenger services.
