Cheran also became a 23-coacher LHB. And its all set to have RSA with TVC mail.
Sad that tvc sf mail goes to salem division but happy that they will maintain the coaches in a good way than mas division.
But my suggestion is if the maintanence is in the common station between two trains the train will be clean.eg:both the trains end up in mas div daily so cleaning will be taken place daily but tvc mail as cheran reaches cbe three days once so maintanence may be bad,Like navjeevan
