Select railway station for which you would like to upload station pic then click on "Upload Stn Pic". Write something about pic and then click on attach pic icon. Once pic upload is completed then click on "Post". You will see "1 cnf TL" in alert section at top right hand side. Any TL monitor will inspect your post and if found appropriate then he will approve it. Once approved your pic will be visible.
