i use my irctc by mobile app. bcoz of this i forgot my User Id and Password.
will some one help to recover my user id and password?

Click on change user first.. then u will get one more log in window in that u have Forgot password.
Write a mail to IRCTC to reset or delete your ID so that your mobile number registered in it gets free so that you can created new ID...Contacting IRCTC Help line would be the best bet for this problem.

Do you remember the E-mail ID registered with the IRCTC ID?? If yes log in to it & search for Ticket admin, in it there will be a mail with IRCTC registration details come to you on successful registration, it will have User ID details use it & reset password.
