Is any such rule(Seasonal Ticket) applicable for New Farakka Malda Town Section as there are only 3 passenger trains

I don't think officially such rules applicable for Mail/Exp/SF other than MLDT-JMP & MLDT-NDAE Exp.
As this train is the fastest in this route, there should be LHB rakes instead of ICF keeping safety in mind..
