Dear sir pahle pura knowledge rakhiye.. railway ka paisa nahi jata hai WiFi me ,WiFi is free from Google..rahi baat installation charge wo bahut Kam hota hai itna me ek diwal bhi khada nahi kar sakte..
Read this carefully copied from Quora.
"I don’t think the government is paying Google to setup free WiFi services at railway stations across India. In fact, Google had announceda partnership with RailTel Corporation to set up high-speed WiFi services at 400 railway stations across India, as part of the PM’s Digital India initiative.

make things more clear, railway stations are actually properties of the government and if any private company like Google wants to use this space for any kind of commercial purpose then they will certainly need to pay the government.
But in the case of free Railwire WiFi, government was able to strike a win-win deal by providing the space for free to Google. In return, Google will provide free WiFi to each user who drops by at the station for a limited period. And while Google currently provides users with access to Railwire WiFi for free, going ahead they might try a hand at monetizing free WiFi via ads. or even try up selling WiFi packages to users for further usage.
In return the government benefits from the techie status that these stations receive on account of free WiFi.
Currently any user could connect online by following a 5 step process which revolved around submitting their phone number and typing in the OTP. Now if this 5 step process sounds tedious to you then there is an easy way out as well.
With the WiFire app you can now log in free Railwire WiFi at all in just one tap. That’s right, no more of having to type in your phone number or chase down OTPs.
replaces the tedious 5 step process with a one tap connect.
Going by the success of this free WiFi initiative, Google recently announced their plans to bring the same affordable Wi-Fi internet service to more places (cafes, malls, universities etc.) across India and around the world with Google Station.
This allows Google to capture even richer data from middle and low income class travelers (a difficult market to crack into otherwise) and up sell/cross sell other products to businesses as well."
