There used to be a feature called BoTD - Blog of the day. Should that or some similar feature be brought back?

I am conducting this poll with the intent of bringing Moderator's attention to what I see as a lack of enthusiasm among members. Some sort of constant recognition and encouragement would be good and keep the members interested and involved in IRI.
