Cuttack does not have terminal facilities. For terminal feasibility this "Khichdi" or general purpose train has to be extended to Paradip or some other destination .
You can reduce some halts and make good Catchy train.If distance more then okay but for less distance also so many stops and making it SF TT better make Mail/Express Speeds TT if not want to reduce halts.
