Dirty train no cleaning no TTE No checking No pantry No canteen serv ice needs lot of improvement .late 6 hr/pay thats height..people travel from chapra to chennai in reserve compartment without tiket and without reservation no problem to people and railway too
Both are holy places, hence IR may not willing to interfere it seems...
Most trains are like that. That is the reason why IR is in such a good financial position.
