* From which ever terminating station, do minister flag off train, paxs shall be equally benefited.
* Whether new trains train flagged off to fall in pre-election period of election bound states or randomly, ultimately it is the introduction of trains that matters at national level.
* There is no wrong if ruling party schedules the inauguration of new trains to match election schedules. Ultimately what matters is all the states must get their due share. Allotting most of the trains to the states of RMs is much more harmful practice for IR....
