I am not talking about BBN or KDJR but the whole route from TATA to BBN and from DPS to CTC. What you say about the specials is true. But these areas cannot fill any train like that in TATA - ROU route or KGP - BHADRAK - BALASORE - CTC route. You know that even after running HWH - BBN JS for 15 years, it is one of the most loss making express trains in SER and now talks are going to stop it and start intercity express instead as it runs nearly empty from TATA to BBN. Why? Check seat availability from TATA to VSKP in 20815 and compare the same in any train running from TATA to VSKP in other route. Check seat availabilty in 07438 or 07439 between TATA and CTC and compare it with seat availability in the same train on same day between CTC and...
