Direct train option not avbl ..But you can opt for break journey..CNB to New Delhi/Ghaziabad then to Haridwar.
For me it would be taking Unchahar from Phaphund and deboarding at Ghaziabad and then taking Shatabdi
Take kalka to gzb then 12205 NANDA DEVI EXP to haridwar have sufficient buffer of 4:30hrs.
