Good.Now Andhra Pradesh with 25 MP constituency gets one exclusive railway zone for its development and Telengana with only 17 MP constituency retained the SCR zone at Secundrabad.
Similarly those states which are having more than 17 MP constituency shall be provided with one exclusive zone as per the undivided AP reorganization act.
Example. SR has to be retained by the Tamilnadu and Puducherry UT.A separate zone for Kerala state Such as South Western Coastal Zone has to be formed for the Kerala state development.

Kerala should get Separate zone and MAQ should be given to SWR
