Not sure if this is of any help.....So may MP's ministers etc keep sending letters but to no effect. SR can always say that railway lines are saturated in Kerala, pit lines in TVC is full etc etc and thus keep on avoiding starting anything.
Also the fact that in Kerala projects keep on taking so much time to complete always goes against it, whether it be palakkad-pollachi rail line completion, electrification between MAQ-SRR or doubling between TVC-ERS

Everything is over. What is use of reacting now. Should've been send the same yesterday or db4 ysday.
What abt MYS-KCVL...........I heard that was also rejected by SWR.
One month back also one kerala based RF spotted LHB rakes @ Kochuveli , don't know what happnd to that rake any Kerala RF can throw some light on that
