It normally runs empty in this section.
Condition might improve if more and sensible stoppages given
like blp,bny,kannauj , etc.

Halting Pattern ? I thought the main demand was from Gorakhpur only and intermediate stations didn't matter much on that point. In Newspapers and here on iRI , I saw Gorakhpur having so much demand that I thought even a non stop Jansadharan like Danapur Anand Vihar Jansadharan would be full. Even this train goes via Lucknow and Kanpur, still empty ?
Actually the timings are bad too
Giving 130 in bct kota section and reducing the duration will definitely help
