RailFans never grow old

Well there is a pitline in panipat, usually delhi bound trains comes here for maintainence, earlier farakka used to depart from here but no reservation allowed but it again back to delhi, then sadbhavna comes, sometimes Poorbiya comes but no one gets permanent from here...
Its 20 coacher Washing Line in good mode...
I did so many pg portals and request from officials and even politicians but every time one reply that is they are thinking on it to start...

is huge demand to bihar side or up east side due to Labour and big industry officials...
I purposed a train to Varanasi and Chappra but varanasi already having trains from delhi so i also proposed the extension of MUV SF Express to Panipat which will hardly took 1 hour 40 minutes add journey from Delhi side...
Total 3 hours 20 minutes in both direction
It can easily get TAT...
So what do think, what should i do now...
