Good proposal. However got couple of suggestions.
1. This might not have patronage as a daily train. May be weekly or bi-weekly should do. This could be an alternate for Rajdhani, Duranto, Garib Rath on days when they are not available. (Eg; Thursday).
2. Your timings are apt that this could be extended upto TPJ or MDU.
